“My wife and I met Scott during an open house when we initially started our house hunting trip in Seattle in Spring 2017. At the time, we had minimal knowledge about the pre-sale and new construction market, and how the process generally works. Scott left a strong impression to us amongst all the agents we interacted at various open house due to his knowledge of the market and awesome personality, and we decided to keep in touch with him over the next couple of months and Scott kept engaging with us proactively by showing us various new constructions in the Ballard area which is our target neighborhood. Eventually, during summer we set our eyes on a great home Scott had shown us and we decided to pull the trigger. Scott and his team helped us draft an offer and after a couple of back-and-forth with the sellers with Scott's help, we successfully negotiated a great price and terms that we like! Since our home was still under construction and we wouldn't be able to close it till later this year, there were a few months in between where things were quiet and we were just waiting for the builder to finish building the place but Scott was engaging throughout the process and kept us informed which was really nice. Long story short, we just closed our home last Friday and we couldn't have been happier about the smooth process! There were some issues and concerns along the way but Scott was always prompt to answer our inquiries over email or texts or calls and he always resolves any of our questions or concerns quickly by communicating with the sellers etc. Scott is very professional and I think he brings a lot on the table when it comes to educate buyers and bring a piece of mind to buyers by keeping things transparent and communicating on time. "Scott was able to help me over the course of 6 months locate a condo unit. He had the patience and persistence to continue to work with me after two deals went south, another didn't pass an inspection of the financials, and we got outbid by all cash buyers. He was showing me unit after unit and it appeared we wouldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel, until he agreed to do something a bit unorthodox and write letters to owners in the complex in which I eventually found a unit. He hustles hard to make things happen for his Buyers. If you are in the market for a home in in the King/Pierce County areas I would highly recommend him. He is very personable and never pressured me once during the buying process."

"Scott had cold-called me regarding my "Make-me-move" price on Zillow and I took him up on his offer of a market appraisal. I was impressed enough with his services that when I received an offer, I retained him to be my agent. He was stellar when the various hitches came up. He has a fairly deep bullpen at his agency and was able to respond quite well to some arcane issues that came up during the inspection. He is impressively responsive and he has a good sense of how to interpret and manage the buyer's moves during negotiation. He explained the details of the contract quite well and provided the background I needed to understand them. I definitely recommend Scott."

“Scott was amazing. We couldn't have gotten our house without him! He is always very responsive in email or text and was flexible in scheduling. We had a special case where our house was off the market, and Scott made sure that everything went smoothly. Just as an example, the day before closing, the neighbor's water heater damaged part of our wall, and Scott worked with the current owners to make sure everything was resolved for us! It was just one of the many things Scott did to help ensure we were happy with our home purchase experience. Scott also gave us great recommendations for anyone we needed during the process, as well as after closing. 100% would recommend Scott to anyone looking for a great agent!”
